POF : Unread deleted = fake accounts
I have been noticing a lot of « unread deleted » to my messages. After reviewing a lot of the women accounts, it appears most of those were fake users to begin with. Looks like the fakers are trying something new and just deleting messages since they dont have to read them. Otherwise I don’t see how so many women wouldn’t at least open the message to read what it says.
I’d suggest to all guys not to even send the first message. Wait for the women to do that. Especially because of all the bots and fakers out there.
On the guy side, there isn’t even an option to delete a message without reading it! Is there? At least not on the Anrdoid app.

So what new information did you obtain from when you sent them a message to when you where able to determine they were a fake account?
I’m a real girl and I delete messages without reading them all the time. I get tons of messages and sometimes I look at the profile before reading the message and decide I’m not interested so why bother. Or I can tell by the thumbnail that I’m not interested.
I am real and will delete without reading. That’s just because I am not interested.
I’m a woman and use the Android app. There is no way for me to delete messages without first opening them.
