POF : When you see « upgraded member », does it make you more or less interested?
I’m speaking for myself and just wonder how others feel. I am not a paying member and see no value whatsoever in being a paid member. When I see « upgraded member », intend to snicker and say « sucker » under my breath. Do others feel the same or am I just jaded?

I suspect that POF is creating fake paid profiles. When I match with a paid member you can’t message them unless you pay for a membership…. It’s a scam.
I figure a paying member is less likely to be a bot. Which also mean she’s less likely to reply…
I used to refuse to open the upgraded member messages. I didn’t like the fact they can see when I’m on, when I had read their text or looked at their profile.
I’ll open them now… but after it’s sat in my inbox for a long time.
