POF : Women don’t reply to me on POF. Do any other guys get this?
Ok, I do get the ***occasional*** reply, but for the amount of messages I send out, it’s essentially non-existent. And for those occasional replies, they stop replying after a few messages and I don’t understand what I did wrong.

Compare this to OkCupid, where I actually get a decent response rate from my matches (admittedly most of my matches come from women in other countries, sadly) and of the ones who respond, maybe 75% of them I add on WhatsApp. I’ve also been on dates with 3 women in real life from OkCupid. 0 from POF – not even come close to organising a date from POF, as a matter of fact.

I message a range of different women. I never ask for sex, I usually comment on something they said on their profile or if their photos are interesting, I’ll comment on those. But my reply rate is almost non-existent and I can’t work out what I’m doing wrong. My profile on OkCupid and POF are identical, yet there is such a vast difference in my success rate between the 2 sites.

Someone told me POF is full of bots. Some people say it’s just a terrible site filled with 3/10 women who are aiming for 10/10 men. I’m not sure what it is. Can anyone shed some light on this?

You’ll get told you don’t get replies because your profile sucks, so you’ll try to improve it, you’ll then get told you don’t get responses because your messages are cookie cutter/copy+paste jobs, you need to read a profile, show that you read the profile and reflect that in your message, you’ll get told that every woman is unique and if you treat them as individuals you’ll get some results/messages back.

And if you don’t get anything after all that effort, you’ll get told the problem is you, despite majority of these unique women acting the same way towards you.

They don’t respond because they have more choice of men in a week than you will have of women in a lifetime.
It’s been dead the past 5 years. The ones left there using it dearly are bottom of the barrel internet noob sluts who are gold digging, attention whoring single moms and ratchet hoes who would do a sexual transaction with you the minute you message them. Yeah there is no hope. Meeting anyone any type of nicer girls online is pretty bleak these days. It’s too much of a chore.
I don’t think it is because of bots. It is just that it is a buyers market in the women’s favor. Mostly older divorcees and single moms who want to meet a neurosurgeon that looks like George Clooney. They only pull the ripcord when they get close to 50 and have already been slizzed out by 100 guys.

I get lots of msgs on pof or did ha. What others are saying is right though they’ve diluted like 50% of active users with bots it feels like. The others are mainly mom’s with beyond real expectations.
Back to your question be direct on pof, within 5 msgs you should be asking for her number or snap.
After you should be settijng the date within the next few days.
I’ve found that most of the women on there have no idea what they want and have simply created the profile to make them feel better about “actually trying”

Mobile dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, Meet me, are what is being used. You’re going to get scammers, married people wasting your time with any dating online. Just watch the patterns, go with your gut feeling.
Dating websites are past their prime and have been for many years.
Tinder will restrict usage if you’re over a certain age.
Bumble was created by a former tinder employee. Get a lot more quality matches than when I used POF back in the day.
I get this all the time on all dating sites. I actually thought it may have been my profile or what I was sayying but I cloned my profile exact used different pictures and sent the same messages and got tons of responses. I’ve never gotten response on there. I’ve been on bumble for 2 years and got 2 matches and both unmatched me right away. I gotten matched with a few tranny on tinder cause swipping right on everyone.
Yo I keep signing up and deleting my profile. At this point the only response I get are from girls I told off for being assholes that find my profile to report. Fuck these apps
It is what it is…but to add about the dynamics of pof you have a 5/10 woman who suddenly is getting messages from bored 8’s that is between 8’s at the moment and knows he can send out a bunch of messages and get a hookup with 5-6’s . He has no interest in dating them just using them temporarily …all the 5 female ends up thinking omg I’m a hottie and didn’t know it Lol. The problem after that is now she thinks she’s an eight and won’t even respond to 5-6 ‘s that are men that would have a relationship with her. She then wonders why all guys are players .¯\_(ツ)_/¯
