POF : Women who do not respond should have a red flag by their profile to show others that they are unresponsive
This was how okcupid used to be a long time ago.. Women who were more likely to reply had a green or amber flag on their profile, while those that did not reply and ignored messages had a red flag. This was good as it gave an incentive for them to maintain their reputation on the site, and those that ignored their inbox were mostly left alone as it showed from the offset that there was no point trying to message them. It promoted a much healthier environment for the dating site as people actually engaged with each other, although it was still always the men that reached out first.
The same also applied to men of course, but most men were green, very few amber and none at all were in the red.
It feels like since the past 2 years or so pof has completely gone down the toilet. I used to have no problems getting conversations going and setting up dates here and there but now it is impossible, and with the new daily limit of 10 messages it’s utterly fruitless trying to message women as nearly all women just have ‘ask’ or ‘fill in later’ on their profile and will ignore you among the mountain of other messages they got saying hello.
Funnily enough though if you insult them they respond almost immediately! But it’s not something I do as it’s immature and a waste of time.

Funnily enough though, if you claim that doing X will get you Y and then claim that it is something that you do not do, people will be able to see through your bull shit.

It’s something you must have done at least once, or you wouldn’t know this.
When someone doesn’t respond, it’s because they are rejecting you. Should you get a flag that lets people know you don’t take rejection well?
Why would someone respond to a message from someone they know aren’t compatible? I don’t want to insult someone by explaining exactly what I find offensive about them. I also don’t want to them hear a bunch of insults in response.
Why do you guys assume that these women owe you anything at all??? Maybe you are the reason they don’t respond. Your pictures, your profile (or lack of) your attitude in your profile ….if EVERY woman on the dating sites suck, quite possibly it is YOU that have the problem, not them.
They should have a bag of trash next to their profile. All the « women » on POF are nothing but filthy garbage.
