POF : Would you meet someone who will only give their name if they meet you in person?
It’s a first for me. Never had this happen before. She said she had a bad experience in the past and wants to be sure I’m « trustable ». Personally I find it paranoid. My gut says to pass on this person and I probably will but wanted to get other opinions.

No I would not meet them if they would not tell me their name. They can at least give me a first name. I had a guy once message me and I had my profile set up so that only people with photos of themselves could message me. He said he would show me real photos of himself in private but not on the site and I said nope im all set.

If someone can’t give you their name then that is a big red flag
For some reason I actually like when women withhold information. I don’t k ow why, it just makes it more intriguing.
The 2 best online meets I ever had where from 2 different women that withheld info.
The first woman refused to send me a photo of herself but she told me that “she was not ugly”…..she also didn’t tell me her name till we met in person.
The 2nd woman gave me a fake name, and a photo that only showed part of her face and shoulder.
Yup, paranoid.
