Tinder : Didn’t get a confirmation email from my purchase of Tinder Plus and can’t restore or refund
Not a regular post, but since a lot of you use the app, thought I could try.
So I recently bought Tinder Plus on my phone, with my credit card (might have been my first mistake). I bought it for six months, but had to pay it all at once, because I didn’t use the Play Store.
Fast forward two weeks I noticed that my account wasn’t linked to facebook (should have known, I only used my phone number). The only way it seemed was to start a new account, and so I did. I also read that I could just restore my purchase on my new account, but first, they said, I HAD to delete my old one.
Apparently, I need a code that was only sent by mail, which I did not have on my old account (with GPA or TNDR or something at the start). This doesn’t seem to show up anywhere else.
Has anyone had the same sort of problem, or is there any way I could find the order number anywhere else?
