Base it off whatever she indicates in her profile. Just ask her about it. ‘what’s your dog like?’ or ‘how do you enjoy [sport/activity]?’ or ‘what do you enjoy about working as a [whatever her job is]?’. Those are just examples. If you can relate to something in her profile and ask her a question based on that, even better!
The biggest mistake I’ve seen (and admittedly made) is to interview the person. Just have a normal ass conversation like you would with anybody
