Vision is a blessing of God and eyes are not involved in it. Some can see and ignore and some can just sense and feel. We are living in a diverse world which is a fraction of this great universe. The universe which is watching us every time and wondering if we are following its laws.
Karma is always there, you do anything to the universe, the universe will keep an eye on it. You hurt, you’ll be hurt. You spread thrones, you’ll get them on your way too. You dig the holes for others, you can fall in them. As the wise say never envy with the universe, as the revenge from the great is either ignorance or greater destruction.
What if you heal, you’ll be healed. What if you help, you’ll be helped. What if you pour love, you’ll be loved. What if you wipe the tears, your eyes will not meet them. The reward from the great is never ignorance, it’s always a blessing — an even bigger reward.
Kindness, empathy, love, smile, and sincerity are the things you can always give to anyone, no matter who you are and what your social status is. I remember starting a small NGO for helping poor students pay their fee because I thought that it was the only way to nurture soul, to be happy, to return something to the universe but after attaining another level of maturity, I realized that for looking towards the bigger we forget the tiny little chunks of happiness.
An attitude of gratitude is a kindness in itself. Today, I did the following acts of kindness to nurture my soul. In the pursuit of happiness:
Appreciated my mom for the meal and observed the smile on her face.
Thanked the Uber diver and talked to him to listen to his thoughts and to value his values.
Paid for lunch which my friend was supposed to pay.
Dropped an elderly person to his destination
Helped a person carry his luggage.
An act of kindness appears more beautiful and make us happier when we don’t expect anything in return. Let’s start practising the attitude of gratitude and thankfulness. Let’s appreciate the little things. Let’s create this world a beautiful place to live in.
