1. Well the world of POF is full of pitfalls. These type of women are best ignore.

   It means she has trouble letting go of the past and focuses on the negative more than the positive and should be avoided.

3. She probably got fed up with all the bad behavior on POF and just said that as a warning to potential bad actors. Sort of like « don’t tread on me. »

4. Pretty difficult to make such a list considering anyone could delete POF and make a new profile anytime with a new name
