Dating : Boy, you’re not kidding.

Boy, you’re not kidding. I put on my own dating profile that I wasn’t a swimsuit model, but that I wasn’t looking for one either. I take care of myself, and I expected the same, but he didn’t have to be a CK underwear model because I sure am not. What I got in return was highly entertaining, to say the least.

Can’t agree with you more, Crystal, on holding to one’s boundaries. I was the queen of letting men tromp all over mine. Once I finally, FINALLY learned what the hell a boundary even was, they were like lines drawn in concrete. There was no moving them. (Yes, smoking is one of my deal breakers too, as is tobacco chewing. And yes, I still attracted a few.) I can spot red flags from a mile off now, whereas they used to practically smother me and I’d brush them aside with a few “one more times” thrown in for good measure.

Dating outside one’s norm is definitely something to be considered — the results can be amazing! As you (and I) have found out. 🙂

Thanks for the article!
