h2>Dating : Choices
She stops to think, in this one endless moment. She can continue going along this road, keeping her pride and friends until she loses everything. It’s inevitable, that she will lose. The only question is how fast she will lose, and what she will lose first. The consequences of being wrong, she guesses.
She could instead choose to abandon everything she has ever known, and forge a new, unknown path to victory. She might forge a path in the wrong direction, but there is a chance she could be correct. However, this way, she would lose everything in the beginning, instead of the end. She just might get the chance to rebuild it all, better.
She sighs. The choice is obvious, after all, but giving up everything that she has ever known and her pride is abhorrent to her. She would give up all that she has and all that she is to have a brighter day in the future when she remakes herself. But to do that, she would have to willingly throw away everything. Everything — her entire life, her friends and family.
Something like this, even if it is the correct choice, is so hard to make. She knows better, but the thought just hurts so much. She’s going around in circles and being horribly indecisive — and she knows this — but she can’t stop. She has to choose. She has to make the right choice, and either decision ends up in fear, pain, and heartbreak. She just has to choose how early it occurs.
Heh, choices. What a total joke.
