Fear is a terrible motivator, but it is an epidemic amongst our society.

Take Christianity for example. Many Christians are unfortunately motivated by fear and not love.

If your relationship with something is based on fear you will do things because you feel like you have to, not because you want to.

Fear may motivate you in the short term, but in the end you will burn out.

Love is a much better motivator than fear.
