Dating : Do Prince Charming really exist in today’s time?

Stories, Fairy tales and Hope hold a beautiful part in a girl’s emotional wiring and upbringing. These things also give them strengths sometimes and help them in being optimistic to hope for a better future. But, what if all of that doesn’t work anymore in today’s time? What if after all of that, you’re just going to be proven absurd or impractical!

Sometimes, I couldn’t help but wonder, what if Rapunzel’s supposedly savior would have asked her a question “Why are you sitting at such a high tower?”, “Oh okay, you’re scared!”, and had replied instead of saving her — “Nevermind! You should feel lucky, that you still have a house to live in, there are so many homeless people in the world who don’t even afford to have a house like you.”!!

What could have happened then!!? Would he be able to get up there? Would he ever be able to fight for Rapunzel ever? Would he ever be able to tell her that, He is there for her..always! Could they ever had become soulmates and lived happily ever after!?

Okay, another case, What if sleeping beauty’s savior would have asked her — “Why do you sleep so much? Why are you so lazy? Don’t you have any job in life?”..and on getting responded and later replies — “Oh okay, you’re cursed!”.. “No worries, there is not point in worrying, just see how much lucky you are! that you’re able to sleep this much, you’ve a family and servants to look after you! and you don’t have to do anything.. where majority of people in this world have to work so hard and don’t get anytime to sleep!” “You’re lucky..stay up there and see if anytime you could come out of it on your own.. o/w you’re still at a better place than most of the others.”

Year after years would have passed by and sleeping beauty maybe would have woken up by herself. Also, after some failed attempts, Rapunzel might have learnt to live at the tower thinking it as her destiny or could have gotten some courage by herself to come out!

Because, by the time, they already learnt to depend on themselves. They became independent women now, who don’t wait for a prince charming to solve their problems or save them from a tragedy of life.

They are no longer those hopeless romantic, fragile, hopeful girls. Those who had dreams and stories for their prince charming.. their soulmates. A Soulmate, who would hear them even from a remotest place through a soul connection and save them. But, in today’s time, it would rather sound absurd and you might only get questioned, even after explaining yourself to your supposedly savior again and again!
