Former Vice President Joe Biden says, “You can’t defeat hate, it will hide.”
He is right about hatred hiding. It does hide, but it won’t stay hidden for long, because it’s aim is destruction and it is very impatient. Its goal is to destroy. It cannot grow without the aid of fertilizer, and many overfeed their hatred. Love never hides, because someone is always searching for it. Nobody searches for hatred.
Love and unity will defeat hatred. Please let him know that. Love is patient and while it waits, it keeps growing stronger and stronger. It’s organic, it doesn’t need fertilizer to grow. Love’s goal is to create, unite, integrate, to heal, and forgive. (that’s just a few things love can do)
Hatred is a glutton and demands more food than love.
Love asks little of us, eg., kindness, thoughtfulness, understanding, you know, all of the good things that will aid in the continued survival and existence of all of us. Hatred is greedy and it will take control. Playing with hatred, nobody wins. Wait, pain, death, and destruction will win. Playing with love, everybody wins.
Love and hatred do have a domino effect. Both have their own road. Hatred ties up the heart and empties it of anything good. Love does the opposite. Please, choose the right road.
