Dating : I’m just writing to say, “I love you”

Hey. We don’t know each other. Probably never will. But that doesn’t prevent me from being genuinely able to send you my personal and unique vibration of unconditional love to you through this computer RN.

You might attempt to write this off as some new age love and light bullsh*t. But I know enough from my 13+ years of professional and VERY particular and personal energetic therapy experience to promise you outright that nothing could be farther from that white washed westernized version of the metaphysical and esoteric.

I am offering you the love I have harvested from the Dark within the deepest recesses of my being.

And from this Dark place within me The Dark Mother speaks to offer you unbridled compassion, forgiveness and hope. You are probably feeling pretty raw and more than just a little confused and anxious. Yeh? Me too. But I’m proud of the fact that I’m still here. And I am grateful that you are here and reading this.

Why?

Because you matter.

You. Matter.

It’s easy to minimize our personal power. Especially if we haven’t yet owned it. But I feel you.

The Dark Mother and I, we feel you and honor how much you have overcome to be here, now. I say “feel” because “seeing” is something we do with our physical and metaphysical eyes. But feeling is something we do with our bodies. And in my approach to the healing arts the body is considered feminine and the mind masculine. So, seeing is a masculine form of witnessing and feeling is the feminine version of witnessing. And we need the mother’s support more than ever as we move through her season of Winter.

So, sweet divine being of harmonized light and dark incarnate in a flesh and bone body…

I feel you being your best, even on your worst days. And I love you for it. I feel you not really doing your best and not giving a fu*k but showing up anyway. And I love you for that, too. It ain’t easy playing the Human Being game and I see you getting out of bed erry day and winning despite the odds.

I feel you ignoring your trauma because you’re not ready to face it, and I love you. It’s okay. When it’s time, you will have the desire and the support necessary to do this work. It can take lifetimes before a soul is ready to address the massive hurt you or someone you know has experienced. You can move at your own pace. NO ONE is in charge of your ascension timeline but you. You can choose how quickly or slowly you move through your stages of transformation. Periodt.

I feel you digging deep into your pain and the pain of your ancestors and exorcising massive demons for future generations, and I love you. You’re a GD badass. The work you accomplish will echo through the ether of time and space affecting so many both in the future and in the past. It’s a lonely road…a path of warriors and sages. I am proud of you. Smooches babe, so much love.

I feel you realizing your partnership is failing. I love you. It’s going to be okay. It will be hard for a while. But you will become even better as you continue to grow…will you trust this is happening for you and not TO you? You will love again. You are already ALWAYS loved. Can you feel my presence holding you close? Lean into my velvety embrace and know I will hold you infinitely through your darkest hour.

I feel you realizing you’re falling in love in the most unconventional way that is foreign and frightening and exhilarating. And, I love you. Remember not to give you power away, as you may have in the past. Stay present with this human but take time to be with yourself and continue to love yourself as deeply as you can. From this place you can love another until you part. And there will always be a parting, be it in life or death. So always love with the understanding that you will love and be loved again. For true unconditional love is infinite and everlasting.

I feel you quitting your job because you just can’t anymore and I understand the guilt, shame and fear your facing. I love you. You don’t have to sell your soul to survive. The world is a changing place that needs the unique skill set that only you have. It sounds counter intuitive but, take time to better understand who you are. Reflect on what you want and are capable of and trust that the world around you will work in tandem with you to make clear a path through the forest toward your goal. Be patient bright star, your time to shine is on the horizon.

I feel your frustration with your children and partner. I love you. being a part of a family is so beautiful and so hard. There is so much to manage and it seems you must make great sacrifices so that you all can live comfortably. Can you come back to the present moment when overwhelm sets in? This, too may seem counter intuitive but the more intentional care you give to yourself the more secure and safe your kids will feel and behave. And the more connected you will be with your partner. Communication is a challenge ATM. Are you reacting from a subconscious place of programming? Can you instead respond with awareness and curiosity? From this place voices and feelings are heard and healing can happen.

I feel you’re lonely. The depths of your loneliness cause an ache that threatens to rip your soul apart. I love you. Did you know that you are never alone? That your body, your mind and your Guides are ALWAYS present? With most humans having an overactive mind you may be caught up and hyper-aware in the emptiness of your home…even when another human is present you may still feel unseen, unheard, unknown. Your body knows you…Your body is present and loving you even when you poison her with drugs, alcohol, sugar, toxic sexual relationships and negative self talk. Even when you ignore her, she loves you. Even when you seek to control her with diets, starvation, and exercise, she holds on for you and holds you up. Can you build a relationship with Body? Your loneliness will dissipate as you mend this broken friendship. I promise.

Wherever you are, whatever hardship or challenge you face, the Dark Mother is present, holding space for you to grow, heal and shine. I’m sure you have heard that Love is the most powerful energy that exists. That is partly true. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is the most powerful of all vibrations. The Dark Mother has this for you now, tomorrow and forever.

The question isn’t whether you deserve unconditional love… But rather, are you willing and able to receive it?
