Dating : Opposite Day

David Lawrence crept into his home, late from work again. He closed the door behind him and hung up his hat. He turned around to see Peter looking at him with a burrowing scowl.

“Have you forgotten what today is?” Peter asked him, tapping his right foot impatiently.

“I…Uh…” David stammered. He swallowed and guessed, “Your birthday?” He squinted his eyes and thought, no, that’s not for another three weeks.

David continued racking his brain, determined to find the correct answer. He finally snapped his fingers and said excitedly, “It’s our anniversary!”

Peter rolled his eyes and decided to put David out of his misery. “I hate you.” He followed up his words with an exaggerated scowl.

David threw up his hands in triumph and said, “It’s Opposite Day!”

Peter smiled as David rushed up to him. He felt the pressure of David’s hands against his chest.

David continued pressing forward, pushing Peter against the wall and planted a hard kiss.

Peter rotated their position to push David against the wall. They continued to kiss, their hands brushing each other’s hair. Peter began rubbing David’s broad shoulders while David brought his hands down the boney back of Peter’s.

Suddenly, David shoved Peter away, putting a sneer on his face. Then, he said with mock anger, “Get away from me!”

Peter giggled in delight, and David chased him upstairs.
