Dating : Superhero of The Ant

Eating yummy Peas Pulao
I decided to get some more
A movement in a crevice
I noticed on the floor

I bowed for a closer look
Something going round and round
A spider weaving the web
Around an ant hooked to ground

The ant tried hard
It couldn’t escape
The spider was determined
It needed some more silk tape

A brief silence ensued
Finally I decided
To be the savior
Of the ant blighted

On the spider
I used the most potent weapon
A little air from the mouth
Away it ran as I stepped-in

The ant still there
Kicking and trying
The legs still stuck
I had to save it from dying

I used a little pin
Gently removed the silk
Trying not to hurt my little friend
Like a workman skilled

And lo! It was free
Happy still not dead
Ran a few steps
Then looked back and said

Thank you, dear, You are my Superhero
All ants are your friends
I hope that’s what it meant
Dancing in joy, off it went!
