Dating : To Always Remember Each Other

God behaves toward us the way He wants us to behave toward Him. He models the perfect love He intends to imbue in us through covenant.

Every Sunday, we covenant, by the eating of bread representing His body and the drinking of water representing His blood, to always remember Him, that we may always have His spirit to be with us. Down here in our abject, mortal oppression, He hasn’t forgotten us. He didn’t need to, but He came down from Heaven into our miserable state, bled with us and broke with us, in remembrance of us, that He may always have our souls to be with Him.
