True story: 1998, I had been divorced a year and thought I would ”get out there.” I hadn’t been with any guy but my husband for 12 years.

Back then we hit the bar scene so I grabbed my bestie and to the bar we went. I was 35.

A 25 year old hit on me and I silently freaked out. Too young. When I was 19, 25 was about the minimum age I would date. Men seemed to get interesting at that age.

I went home and thought about online dating. Bars were out.

LOL.

My husband is 6 years older than me. Not on purpose but when he was 42, that seemed good. LOL
