POF : Age search not working
I am in my late 30s and as of late the search function stopped working. I know pof limits you to a certain age gap depending on your age. I cannot search over the age of 43 even if I change it, this is for the app and logging into the website. Its been a couple months now. I have another account I haven’t used in years and the search function works without issue, I can search beyond 50. Does anyone know what causes this? I have read other forums regarding the search but not when it affects one account and not another?

Same here, are you having problems with distance too? I keep putting mine to 35 miles and it shows me people from 11 miles away to over 150 miles
I’ve just noticed this too. I’m 43 and it will not let me search for anyone under 30. That doesn’t seem to account for the fact that I tend to be more popular with women in their mid 20s. Also if it comes to starting up a long term relationship I’d prefer it to be with someone child-free who wants to have children in the future, by 30 there aren’t so many out there who haven’t either already got kids or don’t ever want them. This is quite presumptuous of PoF to decide who I can or can’t search for, surely it’s up to the individual who they want to be contacted by or not?
