POF : Do non-members get notified if someone wants to meet you?
I click Yes to meet people, but I know a lot of people are not members. Do they get sent an email or notification with my username or a picture? Or is it just anonymous?
Also if I have my profile hidden, how on earth does that work and why would anyone do that? If you choose YES to Meet You, they would still not see the profile.

Yes but you can’t see them unless you pay.

If you open in a browers, not on a phone or with the app, the notifications of meet me has a tiny picture of their display picture, blurred out. BUT you can get the general idea of what it looks like and if you go onto Meet Mee (again only on the browser version) and click through a couple of Meet Mes, one of them will be the person that clicked to meet you.
All without having to pay a penny.
