POF : Fake verification photos for a camgirl scam
I messaged a « woman » on Plenty of Fish and asked her for a selfie with today’s date on a note to verify she was the real deal. She complied. She also spent the conversation unsubtly advertising for her camgirl show. The URL for her show was flagged as malicious by my antivirus software.
She sent me a different picture of her holding a note, same background, with a different message, but with my name on it.
My question is, what app could she use to quickly produce those fake note selfies? She sent them rather quick after my replies, so she probably didn’t use something laborious like Photoshop.
