POF : How do I limit people who find me to my area?
Having people 5 hours away message me is cool and all, but it’s not something I’m interested in. How do I make sure only people within an hour or two at most are the ones swiping/liking me? For convenience

Stipulate in your profile that you are only interested in your local area.
You have to state in your profile you only want to meet people close by. POF when it first became popular used to let you set your filter settings to just about anything from not getting messages from people who smoked or not wanting to get a message from someone who was only wanting a hookup. They have since gone and changed that.
