POF : How do you contact someone who works for POF? I’m having issues with canceling my upgraded membership.
Long story short, they’re charging me for this next month when I turned off auto renewal a few weeks ago. I’m pretty pissed. There’s no customer service hotline, and the POF Billing profile won’t message me back and I’m not even sure if a human actually operates it…

I would stop the direct debit through the bank, they might get in touch then.
Document that you cancelled the auto renewal just in case.
Yeah go through your bank they will block the transaction seems like pof doesn’t want to lose money
