POF : How long does it take to reset account passwords?
Hello, so I’m trying to reset the password to my account but everytime I cook to reset the password I never get the email for the password to be reset. What can I do about that ?
Also is there away to tell if your account got deleted?
I ask because a few weeks back my account got hacked I reset the password and fixed everything but I wasn’t sure if my account got deleted now or not because of it.

POF doesn’t notify users that they deleted an account. You simply try to log in one day, and find that it doesn’t work. The password reset link does not send an email because your account no longer exists.
Your best bet is to try and re-create the account. However they may have banned your IP, email, pictures, and phone number. If this is the case, then account creation will still be successful, but the new account will likewise be deleted within hours. If you are lucky, the new account will stick and you’ll be able to get back in the game.
If you’ve gotten that harshest ban, then you may need to get an entirely new set of identifiers (IP, email, pictures, phone number) to create a new account. I found myself in a similar situation after deleting and re-creating my POF account several times (deleting when in a relationship, re-creating when back in the game), and only managed to get a new account after moving.
Same thing happened to me out of blue. Did you get it figured out or?
