I can’t speak to whether this person liked you, but I did read an article about a guy in NYC that uninstalled his Tinder app, then reinstalled (he might have deleted his profile, then recreated but I want to say just uninstalled) every week or two because the algorithm gives your profile orders of magnitude more exposure in that early period.
Perhaps the guy you constantly see is « gaming » the system like the guy mentioned in the article.
