POF : I’m new and am having a really weird problem

So I registered an account on Thursday night. I messaged two or three people, nothing inappropriate. Got emails saying I had received messages. I could not log on. I tried the password retrieval thing. Nothing was sent to my email account.

So I thought maybe I got banned for some stupid reason.

Then I tried making new accounts both with another email address I have and some throwaways. No matter what I put in for the user name it says its been taken or is invalid. What the fuck is going on? They don’t even have like a customer support email or anything.
