Fuck PoF. I just deleted my account literally a minute ago because of all the porn spam accounts. It’s ridiculous. Nobody of value on that shitty site anyway.
At least in my area, they actively counter spam.
But there is a continuous flow of bots appearing and disappearing, and maybe a few are site generated.
I will check new accounts, find a bot and its gone in less than an hour.
Recently there is a rash spam profiles in my area.
Here in Boston we don’t have the spam bots a lot on POF and if they have them they are gone within a day
i emailed them before about the spam fake dirty profiles. they dont do crap. all they do is send automatic bull crap response email. with blah blah were doing all we can to stop them. liars. and they say oh we can use your help but having you report them when they pop up. ive reported a bunch of them before doesnt do crap. i would give up trying to get POF to do anything about it.
Contrary to what others have said here, I have reported several « dirty profiles », ones advertising other presumably « dirty sites », and POF quickly deleted those offending profiles. So far POF has not retaliated against me in any way.
Take them to court.
