POF : Never buy a membership on POF
It will not be easy to remove your card details. After one week of talking to customer support to get this resolved, they went quiet and I had to chase them up to reply. I then received an email stating that I have to wait another week. Yeah, it’s a scam.
Usually when I have that much trouble removing a credit card off of a website, I would call the bank or credit card company and have my card replaced with a new set of numbers.
I paid for my membership through PayPal. Any tips on blocking them from charging me through that service? I’ve already sent a rather strongly worded email concerning refunding me for this last billing cycle because I couldn’t find any way to cancel my subscription, but if I don’t get a response back for several days I’m going to have my credit company dispute the charge.
