If you had prior knowledge he was a skeeze, he should already be blocked.
I would never waste that many words in a first message. « Hi, how are you » is enough to get someone to view your profile. Then, depending on how good your photos are, you will get a reply or you won’t. If you don’t, message next one. If you do, you can invest more time in writing longer messages.
