ive had a few people say hey yeah we can chat and than i say something and its not what i said but i never hear from them ever again why do people do that ugh its like you said we can chat than you stop responding.

They start chatting with you. Mid conversation, a much more attractive person contacts them and piques their interest. They lose interest in you, and eventually ghost you. The End.
