POF : POF won’t help with accidental block!
Over the weekend I met a lady I’d like to know and she said the same about me. Suddenly after these comments her pictures went away she stopped replying. I sent a message to POF admins and they said it appears she accidentally clicked block while viewing one of my messages. Then they said they couldn’t contact her to let her know what she had done. They send messages to users all day long, why can’t they help me? I can search on her handle but her avatar/picture is grayed out and she doesn’t reply. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? I thought about finding someone with a subscription to contact her for me and tell her to unblock me.

The reason why they won’t contact her is due to privacy reasons. They are not going to know if it was an accidental or intentional block doesn’t work that way. They most likely told you that in order to avoid getting into details.
Yea. She wasn’t interested unfortunately.
She didn’t accidentally block you buddy, she no longer felt like talking to you.

Its kind of annoying that pof punishes guys for being blocked (bans)
If she blocked you but you did not block her, you should still have access to being able to view her profile. I have had my fair share of men who have cursed me out and blocked me, all because I told them I wasn’t interested. Their profile pictures still show up under the search column, which means although I cannot message them (which I wouldn’t want to anyway), I still have the ability of viewing their profile. So if her photo is coming up gray, that means she is no longer using her account (because it shows up grey for everybody not just you). The only other suggestion I would recommend, is creating a new profile on your end with a new email. And go on a search hunt.
