So this happened to me yesterday, still debating on even having an account considering I’m not allowed to tell people I don’t want to date someone with kids?
This guy was BLOWING up my inbox with these run on messages so I replied and told him I didn’t think it would work, he insisted with multiple VERY LONG messages on how we have similar interests, all at different times and they were LONG. So after that I told him I don’t date people with children, he lied and said he doesn’t have them the state took them so there’s no drama cause the ex is out of the picture (?) THATS DRAMA. So I said again I don’t date people with kids, he reported me and I couldn’t do anything on my account all day. Then I got a warning, poorly copy and pasted if I might add.
So watch out with who your honest with.

So, It’s *supposedly* ok to lie about having children, an ex, & being a virgin (I’m guessing on the last one lol) but this person thinks you’re not being genuine !?
These types of people never cease to amaze me!
Every one of these apps doesn’t have enough people to manage disputes or misunderstandings – and also, despite their stated guidelines, they don’t apply them evenly, consistently, or reliably. If you run into trouble, you’re damned if report someone and damned if you don’t.
The best defense is just that -BLOCK- anyone that annoys you, immediately and without comment.
The same is true of Reddit. If you stay in certain sub-reddits, you may learn what « rules » seem to apply, and how the favoritism tilts one way or another.
But then – the entire WORLD works that way, doesn’t it? Rules are made to establish or keep order, but people with power or connections can violate all the rules with no consequence, and devious types can find ways around the rules.
In this, being a kind and orderly person puts you at a disadvantage. Sucks.
That guy is all sorts of crazy. Hey don’t feel so bad. I once had a girl on one of these sites stop talking to me because she thought I was too old to NOT have had any kids.
