You seem to be moving very fast..
Could be anything. He could be cheating but he may also still be living with his ex. It’s very difficult with kids. I know I would certainly be very cautious about dates/gf’s meeting my kids. It certainly wouldn’t be on a second date. We’d have to be serious first. I wouldn’t want to introduce anyone into their lives casually. If it’s too complicated for you and he’s not giving clear answers then move on.
Personally, I love your playful attitude. But, we are all different. He did seem to want to slow down when you implied meeting the daughter sooner rather than later. Sounds like a line he maybe thought you were trying to cross.

I think you might have come on a little strong and maybe made him nervous. It’s hard to relay tone and affect through text and this has led to misunderstandings for me in dating personally. Just my opinion but this read a little hasty to me
