They are angry because the site has many, many more men than women, the population difference means men are a commodity in abundance and get treated as such, women get so many conversation starters that talking to all the guys would be a full time job.

I have had this happen to me before. The guy wanted to meet up the next night and I said great we can grab drinks its friday. He said no I will pick you up and we will go back to my place smoke and have some fun. I was like um sorry I am not comfortable with that just yet. He went from 0 to angry in seconds calling me autistic and all kinds of nasty names. I had similar happen to me by 3 other guys as well. One demanded I Uber to his place, another guy said my mother dresses me funny all because I wasn’t interested in hooking up. The last guy didn’t wanna meet in public but rather come to my house once everyone was asleep so no one would know he was there. I got one of those replies a month or so ago she said I looked older than my profile says (I am 45 and hate taking selfies and it’s even on my profile that I hate taking pics) and how dare I even think that I had a shot. Never got a chance to reply cause she blocked me. Now granted my first message was the standard hello how are you doing this evening?
