3. Does she really think that messaging this asshole’s matches on Tinder is going to save her marriage? That’s like unsinking the Titanic by using a cup measure to scoop away the ocean. Lady, your cheating husband is your problem, not other women.

4. Is there more to the conversation? Sounds like she’s just telling you that he’s married and asking you to back off. She didn’t say you were to blame or implying that you knew he was married, just making sure you know now that he’s off limits. Her tone isn’t super friendly but that doesn’t seem unreasonable given the circumstances.
