Once a powerful nation, the country would eventually encounter its darkest tribulation. For over a decade in the land of Kazu, the entire nation hoped that life in their country would get easier. Homes were burned to ashes with fire and smoke engulfing the atmosphere. Most of the people were extremely poor; almost everyone lived in tents or tiny huts, barely enough for a family of three to live in. Due to the fragile construction of their homes from the aftermath of their precious dwelling places being turned to dust, cold and rainy nights were the least favorite days, causing much discomfort, little to no sleep, mothers and fathers trying their best to comfort their littles ones by doing whatever they could to keep the children warm and safe from the harsh winters and stormy hours of darkness. Even with turmoil and chaos, through war and destruction, hope remained for some.

However, water was also an issue. There was plenty of it, but the people of Kazu had limited access. They were to only draw water from the well using one pot per family each day, being observed by the guards of Oxland. Because of this, the people began to grow frail. Some even died from thirst, others were in dreadful conditions health wise. It seemed as if the people of Kazu would never receive a breakthrough, but only curses at the hands of the army of Terub, king of Oxland. Ever since the King Terub grew envious of the resources that the land of Kazu had, he became eager to cripple the Kazu of everything they had, even though he was an ally of Kazu. His heart became so stony that he would look as if he was frozen based on the blank stares he gave when someone would even mention Kazu.

As each day passed, it was as if he grew more animosity towards Kazu and strategized nefarious plots against the wealthy land, until he ultimately seized the entire nation, taking control of the land of Kazu and their resources. Great fear arose throughout the nation as Kazu never suffered a defeat of any kind. The people began to ponder on why such a terrible thing would happen. Kazu was a peaceful nation, and often aided other countries and cities that were in need. And the only way Kazu would be weakened was if the king of Kazu, known as King Kali had been killed. Kali came from a family with superhuman abilities, with him possessing mighty strength. But they only kept their power if they continued to do good deeds and show ethical characteristics, especially to those around them. This made him one of the most powerful kings in all the land. Terub of course knew this, so he began studying Kali. He observed his patterns, learned his weaknesses, and how he harnessed his power. And then finally, he would seek the guidance of ancient sorcerers to enable him to have power Kali had not seen before.

Terub had destroyed the life King Kali, along with his wife, Shenan. Despite the physical strength of Kali, Terub was able to overcome the incredible supremacy of the king of Kazu. Once a friend of Kali, he would commit the ultimate act of betrayal…murder. But there still remained a mystery of the whereabouts of King Kali’s daughter, Princess Soza. Many believed she obtained the same abilities that her father did, but it wasn’t certain. King Terub commanded his army to search the nation day and night for the princess. “How is it this impossible to find a ten-year-old,” they wondered, but she still was without a trace. Some began to lose hope that she was somehow alive, based on the fact that they were powerless and had to live in awful conditions. “If she was alive, no way would we be in this predicament,” some mumbled. Others kept hope alive even though it seemed as if all hope was gone.

Eight years had gone by since the seizing of Kazu had occurred. The people of Kazu were in a season of summer and it would get extremely hot. It was as if the sun was boiling over the land only a few miles away as opposed to lightyears. One hot evening, as a young woman was on her way to the path to draw water for her family, she heard a strange noise in the thickets nearby that sounded largely familiar. She stopped for a moment, then the noise happened again. But this time, she heard her name called. It was like a loud whisper breezing in the wind trying to grapple her attention. Being afraid, the young woman began to walk briskly on her trail, trying to avoid any problem that could possibly occur. “Nope I am going to keep walking, yes, keep on going. Can’t believe I’m being followed by ghosts,” Olivia thought to herself. As her feet travailed among the dusty path, leaving a large trail of smoke dust behind her, she continued to her destination, but she heard the voice again; and she immediately stopped in her tracks and turned around. “So is this how you’re going to treat your best friend after all these years? And I see you forgot our secret signal too, but you just kept walking; well isn’t that a shame?” Olivia’s eyes were alert more than they ever had been, strangely as if she had literally seen a ghost, except it wasn’t a ghost. It was her best-friend she had known ever since she was a little girl, a friend who had the most dominant king in all the nations as her dad. It was the princess.

“Princess Soza? Is it…is it really you,” asked Olivia. “Yes of it’s me,” said Princess Soza with much excitement in her voice. Being childhood friends and the fact that they haven’t seen each other in eons it felt, they rushed to hug and greet each other, with tears of joy rolling down both their faces in the hot, blistering sun. “Wow this seems so unreal. I can’t believe you’re back! I mean, I wanted to believe you were ok, but you’ve been gone for so long, we thought you were maybe dead. But you’re here! We have so much to discuss,” exclaimed Olivia. “I will tell you everything for sure, but we have to leave this trail now. I’m assuming you were on your way to get water for your family right? Asked the daughter of King Kali. “Correct, except, we desperately need it, as you can tell by this heat. I’m not sure if you know what’s going around here, but things have drastically changed ever since…um…” Olivia hesitated on finishing her statement, being afraid of how it might come across to Princess Soza. “Ever since my father died. Yes I know. And it’s ok to admit that Olivia. That’s why I’m here, to put an end to the reign of that monster, King Terub. But we really need to go now. Don’t worry about the water, I have plenty I can share. Now let’s go on back to Kazu.” said Princess Soza. As the two traveled back to Kazu, Olivia asked Soza numerous questions of her whereabouts and why she decided to comeback now.

“Yeah it’s a bit of a long story, but I’ll try to make it short,” said Soza. Olivia laughed loudly at the Princess. “Trust me, I want to hear every single word. We haven’t spoken in eons you know,” Olivia said with a giggle. “Well that’s very true, so here we go. My dad of course was known for his strength, but he always believed that I would serve a greater purpose for Kazu. He never was specific in what my “purpose” was, but he had this huge intuition about it and he did everything in his power to keep me safe. Wherever I went, Kali would always have guardians that were secretly assigned to watch and protect me if any harm came her way. I never knew this until King Terub executed an attack against Kazu. From the time I began to walk and even when I disappeared, I was being protected,” said Soza. Olivia was astonished by Princess Soza words. “This is deep, very deep. So who were you being protected by,” asked Olivia. “The key guardians that were assigned to me were great friends of my mom and dad, Luxor and Aniyah.” “So are they still alive? Please tell me they brought you back. We thought they were dead! I mean they had been gone for so long, we wasn’t sure what to believe,” exclaimed Olivia.

Luxor and Aniyah were known as great warriors in the land of Kazu due to their incredible combat skills. Their relationship with King Kali grew ever since they were kids, being trained under the same master in order to learn hand-to-hand fighting techniques. King Kali was always one step ahead in his plans, but there was thing he didn’t predict, the destruction of his own kingdom at the hands of one he considered a friend. Thankfully, Luxor and Aniyah, was around to help shield the princess from the evil plans of King Terub. If not, all hope would’ve been lost for the people of Kazu for sure.

“One thing’s for sure, that tag-team, fighting couple, are alive and they definitely brought me back to Kazu,” explained Princess Soza. “It’s great that you guys are back, but what are we going to do to stop Terub,” asked Olivia. “There’s only one thing we can and will do: fight.”

The day had begun to get a little cooler as it was nearing sunset. Princess Soza and Olivia had finally reached the destination of Luxor and Aniyah. “Well, it took you long enough,” said Luxor to Soza with a laugh. Luxor was tall, dark, gray-haired man. He was very muscular, his arms were often compared to tree trunks. But, he was as harmless as a fly, except when it came to combat. “We were getting a little concerned for a minute, but we’re glad you both are safe,” said Aniyah. Some liked to compare Aniyah to treasure, as she was very beautiful, as some would say for her age, as she looked as if she was golden. She was petite, but could powerlift anything in sight.

“Yes, we are fine, just glad to be back! Said Soza. The princess was so thrilled to be back in Kazu, having only two things on her mind: restoring her native land and paying revenge to King Terub. “Ok now it’s time for the fun stuff, let’s get to the village before it gets too dark. Olivia, since you’re more familiar with how things are done now in the village, we would need you to alert everyone that there’s some important that’s about to be announced. How does that sound,” asked Luxor. “Sounds good to me, I’ll let everyone know.” Said Olivia. “Perfect. And Soza, remember, you have us for support ok. I know it may be tough for you to face everyone tonight, but just know that your father would be so proud of you for stepping up and actually believing in yourself. Ok? Said Aniyah. With tears rolling down Soza’s face, she looks at her guardians with strong confirmation. “Thank you so much! I needed to hear that,’ said Soza. “We have your back every step of the way,” said Luxor.

As they finally made it to the village, Olivia went on to alert every one of the special announcement as Soza and her guardians waited at village’s town meeting court. She went to her parents’ house first to share the news. “Mom and Dad! You will not believe me…” Before she could finish her sentence her dad butted in, “where is the water Olivia?” “Oh yeah about that, I can explain, but hear me out. Princess Soza is here in Kazu right now at the meeting court! Bye I have to tell the others,” exclaimed Olivia. Her parents were speechless, but decided to go try to meet the princess as their daughter explained. Of course nobody knew what Olivia was talking about until she finally made the message more specific: “WE HAVE A SPECIAL GUEST IN KAZU; PRINCESS SOZA IS HERE,” she shouted. The people were in total disarray. They couldn’t believe what they were hearing as the princess had not been seen in almost a decade. “Oh I have to see this for myself; I don’t believe not one word coming from her,” is what some villagers were saying. Although there was unbelief that Princess Soza had arrived, many villagers still pressed their way to see if there dreams had finally come to a reality.

As the night began to cool, hundreds of people had finally made their way to the meeting court and the sun had just set. As the people gathered around, Luxor and Aniyah made their way to center court, and behind them was none other than Princess Soza. The crowd began to cheer and roar as if it was a lion catching her prey. “Wow, it really is the princess,” one gentleman said to his family. It seemed as if everyone was excited about the return of Princess Soza, except there were some who were extremely irate that she decided to show her face.

With the crowd being so loud, Luxor and Aniyah tried to calm everyone down. “Attention everyone! We have important news for you today and we feel it is in your best interest to hear what we have to say, but especially what Princess Soza has to say,” said Luxor as he tried to speak over the crowd. Everyone began to settle down as the princess began to speak. “Hello everyone. It is my great honor to stand before you all today. I know things are extremely different now here in Kazu, especially since the death of my parents. As a result, I was kept away up until this very moment. It was not an easy task being away from the very place where I grew up and made special memories with friends and loved ones; especially knowing the pain and hurt you all have been growing through. With that being said, I want you all to know that I never meant to abandon Kazu nor the people in it. While I have been gone, with the help and support from Luxor and Aniyah, I have been training and working diligently, engaging in combat drills to finally put an end to King Terub and his scourging rule over our land. For too long Terub has caused misery for us all, so this madness must end now! I know it’s been a long time and seeing me here making this decree may be tad bit absurd in some of you all’s minds, but I guarantee you, we will become one of the great nations again, and that’s my word. So everyone under the sound of my voice I need your full support in preparing for battle against our great enemy, King Terub of Oxland!”

The people of Kazu were so elated and felt like there was actually a sign of hope for their lives. But, there was a group of four cowardly men who actually opposed the idea of Soza trying to overtake Oxland, having fear that she would fail and that King Terub would be harsher toward Kazu. Rather than just expressing their concern to the princess, they devised a plan in secret to deliver a message to King Terub, hoping he would spare their lives and gain favor because of the info they gave. “We cannot allow Princess Soza to invade Oxland. I say we make a quick trip to tomorrow to Oxland, tell the guards at Terub’s palace that we have news that he needs to hear immediately,” said one of the four cowards. They all agreed that making a visit to Oxland would be the best idea for them.

The next day, on a bright and early morning, Princess Soza gathered with leaders of Kazu along with Luxor and Aniyah. They met in the home of Olivia’s parents to go over details of their plan to stop King Terub and his military from terrorizing the people of Kazu. Although everyone seemed on board to invade Oxland, they felt as if there was not enough time to actually execute such an idea, especially with how things ended with King Kali. “Look princess, we support you wholeheartedly, but how confident are you that this plan could actually work.” Asked a leader from Kazu. “Our biggest fear is that once we finally attack Oxland, things could end up even worse for us and put all of our lives in jeopardy.”

The princess paused for a moment, with her eyes full emotion, watery as if a dam was about to overflow. She wiped away the tears from her eyes, took a sip of water to regain her composure. Deep down she knew the citizens of Kazu were worried, because the same fear they were expressing, was the same fear that plagued her as well. Everyday flashbacks of the moment her parents were taken away from her replayed in her mind over and over again like a broken record. No matter what she tried, it seemed as if the pain would never sever. Every night she made it a routine to pray due to the nightmares she would have of King Terub, laughing and pleasuring in the fact that he destroyed the most valuable people in her life. Yet, she still had to be strong through the adversity she was facing. “Thousands of sweet, innocent people are depending on me,” Soza thought to herself. That thought alone was the engine behind her zeal and persistence in being encouraged to go up against Terub.

“I’m extremely confident we can defeat King Terub. Look I know, you guys are concerned and so am I. But we have to do this with belief that we actually can win. I know what happened in the past is painful, and believe me, it’s on my mind every single day and hour. But we have to stop being afraid. How long is Terub going to hold us back from being the country we once were? How long are we going to have to fear for our lives and for our families’ lives? Now if you’re with me, let’s continue and go take back our power,” exclaimed Soza. The princess’ words brought great cheer to those gathered with her. They continued to plan hoping to attack Oxland within the next few days.

While Kazu was preparing for war, their traitors, the four cowards made their way to Oxland. They had finally made it to the gate of the palace of King Terub, having to travel up a long rocky trail leading up to the gates. “This palace is humongous! I mean I expected it to be beautiful, but this is beyond what I imagined,” said one of the cowards. As they walked toward the gates, they were immediately met by three guards.

“What are you measly peons doing here? Give me one reason why we shouldn’t kill you all now,” said one of the guards. The guards of the bronze and golden gate were tall, dressed in black from head to toe, with shiny silver swords. The four cowards were so afraid and intimidated that they just stood there silently, as still as a statue. “Well, aren’t you all going to say something? For the last time, what are you doing here?” Finally, one of the cowards finally spoke. He was so nervous that he could barely get any words out. “Yes, uh, we…we…were trying to de..deliver a message to King Terub.” “Look, this better be good, now what is it,” said one of the guards.

The four cowards looked at each other with fear, hesitating on telling the guards that the princess of Kazu had returned with plans to attack King Terub. “Are you idiots just going to sit and stare at each other? You know what, let’s arrest these clowns, they don’t have a message,” said the guard. As soon as the guards reached to arrest the men, one of the cowards finally broke the news. “THE PRINCESS IS BACK! The princess of Kazu has returned and is planning on attacking you all soon.” The guards of Oxland looked as puzzled as ever. The guards let go of the men. “So you mean to tell me that the princess of Kazu is alive? That’s impossible. She hasn’t been seen for years, and all of a sudden, she’s back ready for war,” said one of the guards. The guards laughed among themselves, thinking that the four cowards were lying.

Knowing that the guards still didn’t believe the news about Princes Soza, one of the cowards spoke. “Sir, with all due respect, this is the truth we tell you. Late last night, we got word that Princess Soza had appeared, but of course we didn’t believe it. But she really is back. You must believe us.” The lead guard pondered in deep thought and finally made his decision. “Ok, since you all seem so adamant about this, I guess you can see the king. Just don’t do anything to make me regret bringing you cowards in to see him. Understood?” “Understood,” said the cowards. The guards led the men from Kazu through gates to get to King Terub’s palace. The path leading up to the door of the king’s home was elegant, so the cowards thought. “Wow, this is amazing. I’ve never seen grass this green before. And the gardens, they are incredible. Too bad Kazu isn’t like this, said one of the cowards.

The guards had finally led the men to King Terub. “Alright, here’s your chance, don’t blow it, said the lead guard. “Your highness, sorry to interrupt your quiet time, but these men come before you with a very urgent message.” The cowards had no idea what to expect. Of course King Terub’s reputation with the people of Kazu isn’t that great. So, the cowards were a bit confused to see that the king’s palace was not a dark, dreary, and grimy place. Instead, Terub’s castle was filled with sunlight, with tall white pillars, trimmed with gold. And the fancy gardens leading up to the king’s door, really made the men feel a bit at ease, sensing that King Terub may actually be willing to help them, so they thought.

“Well bring them in. Anything that is urgent must be taken heard immediately. What is it that you men want to tell me?” King Terub was the exact opposite of what the cowards imagined Terub to be. The king was soft spoken, tall and handsome. “Yes your highness, it our pleasure to see and to meet you.” “Yes, now before you start, I hear you all are from Kazu, so this news better be good” said Terub. “Yes. We have received word that King Kali’s daughter, Princess Soza has now returned to Kazu and she is now planning to attack Oxland, said the coward”

The moment Terub heard news he froze as if time had completely stopped. He turns his face toward his fireplace in his court. King Terub, then began to smirk; then he suddenly let off a huge laugh, laughing hysterically as if he had an evil plot stirring within his heart. “Well, well, isn’t this delightful. So the princess is now back. Just what I’ve been waiting on. For years we have searched and searched for her, now she makes my job easier by showing up? How foolish of her. I knew this day would come. So I’ve been prepared ever since we lost sight of her.” The cowards looked dismayed. The mood of the room suddenly fade to a dark aurora that made the men feel a bit frightened. “I hope this news helps sir, said the cowards. We were thinking because we came to you to warn you ahead of time, that you could spare us and give us a reward for our service to you.” The king began to look appalled. “You people make me sick. If it’s one thing, it’s another. Terub can you do this, King can you do that? Well, guess what? You get nothing from me but a dark grave. Guards do away with these filthy peasants,” said King Terub. The cowards tried to hold off the guards and convince King Terub to reconsider frantically. “But your majesty, please, we will do anything, please, don’t do this to us,” said the cowards. “Ha! Yeah right. Anyone willing to sellout to their entire land and family, is definitely worth their own special grave. Goodbye,” said King Terub. The cowards were no match for the guards. King Terub had his security carry the men to be buried alive. The four cowards begged and pleaded for their, but that still did not phase Terub at all. Later that day, Terub and all of his army gathered together in their meeting court.

“Well gentlemen, it looks like we are going to war,” said Terub. “I know this is sort of a last minute ordeal, but I have complete confidence you’ll take care of business. As you all know now, the princess has returned. Do not underestimate her. I’m not sure what plan she’s working up. So that’s why we are going to attack them first. They won’t know how to respond, and we’ll make them pay for even having the thought of trying to go up against us. So, with that said, the princess is mine. I’ll take her out just like I did her precious little daddy. Now first thing in the morning, let’s head out and fight, said King Terub”

The army of Oxland started preparing for war right away. Meanwhile, back in Kazu, the princess and the army they gathered wasn’t quite ready. “Alright guys, in three days, we have to be ready ok,” said the princess. The people Kazu had finally confidence that they could actually defeat Oxland thinking they had more time to prepare for battle. “Princess Soza, do you have a moment, Aniyah and I would like to speak to have a word with you,” said Luxor. “Of course, what’s up,” said Princess Soza. “First I would like to say that we are so proud of you and the young woman you have become. We know how tough things have been for you ever since losing your parents. Although we could never replace them, we just want you to know that we love you Princess. This battle we’re preparing for is going to be major you know. More lives will be lost. That’s the unfortunate thing of war. But sometimes in order for changes to be made, sacrifices have to be made. We’re here for you ok. But we want to encourage you to be strong. We believe in you, we believe you will put an end to the struggle the people of Kazu are facing. But do you truly have the confidence in yourself? Are you sure you can handle that,” asked Luxor. The princess looked at Luxor and Aniyah with a bright smile. “Yes, I’m confident…only because of you two. I can’t imagine how my life would be if it wasn’t for you two. I’m so blessed and thankful to God to have you guys,” said Soza. “Oh my, please don’t make us cry,” said Aniyah with tears of joy rolling down her face. “Let’s go get some rest, you’ve worked extremely hard today” The people of Kazu had finally finished their training for the war with Oxland.

The Battle

As it was getting late, everyone had gone home to prepare for bed to get ready for training the next day. But little did they know, King Terub was gearing up for a sneak attack on Kazu before sunrise. Despite having to prepare for battle early, King Terub’s anxiousness would not allow him to sleep as if he was a kid getting ready for Christmas. Finally, the big day would arrive. King Terub and his army loaded the weapons upon their horses and started their journey to defeat the princess. “Remember, we have to keep quiet leading up to the entrance. I don’t want them to even have a chance to retreat,” said King Terub. As they made it close to Kazu, a watch guard at Kazu’s gate entrance heard a strange sound in the woods. “Must be animals,” he thought to himself. But the sound began to get louder as if there was something moving closer. As the moonlight shined in the darkness, the guard reached for his sword, fearing that he may be attacked by a wild animal. Suddenly, there was a huge roar from the woods, not from a beast of the field, but from Oxland’s army. “Let’s move, invade Kazu,” shouted the crowd. Before the army of Oxland could reach the entrance, the watch guard jolted off into the city to warn the princess that they were about to be attacked. He made it to the doorstep of the princess and banged and knocked on her door. “Princess Soza, O princess, you have to come out now! We’re being attacked,” screamed the guard. As he yelled, others within the city arose from their sleep, wondering what all the fuss was. The princess rushed to the door.

“We’re under attacked? How? By who?” asked the princess. “It’s Oxland, King Terub! I don’t know why they’re here,” said the guard with a frantic look. “Someone must’ve sold us out. That’s the only he would be here right now. But we have to move quickly. Go and warn everyone as quickly as possible and tell them they have to evacuate now. Luxor and Aniyah, let’s go gather the troops,” said the princess. As the city was being warned of the horrendous surprise attack of Oxland, King Terub finally touched ground in Kazu. He and his army immediately began setting buildings aflame and destroying everything in sight. “Gentleman, do not spare anything,” the king commanded.

Aniyah and Luxor led the army of Kazu out to battle Oxland. “Princess, please make sure everyone is evacuated. Luxor and I will take care of things until you get back ok?” said Aniyah. “No, I have to face Terub, not after what he’s done to this nation and to my father and mother,” said the princess. “I know, that’s exactly why we need you to be safe now, only you have what it takes to defeat Terub and we cannot afford to risk anything right now,” said Aniyah. “Ok, I guess you’re right. I’ll go now and make sure everyone is safe and lead them to evacuation,” said the princess. As the battle began to get heated, Luxor and Aniyah led the way in taking out Oxland’s army. But, that didn’t matter to King Terub. He had his eye set on one person, the princess. The sound of Kazu was if it was packed stadium of fans warring against each other. Blood, sweat, and tears, filled the ground of Kazu as sun began to rise over the two nations.

The princess finally made her way back and was immediately met with a sword swiping near her face. The way she moved with sharp footwork and agility was unseen. “Looks like the princess has been taught well by Luxor and Aniyah. She’s more skilled than I thought,” Terub thought to himself. So he decided to faceoff with Princess Soza by himself. As he charged toward the princess, he was met with Luxor and Aniyah. “Oh no you don’t,” said Luxor. “If you want to get to the princess, you’re going to have to go through us…well, if you can of course.” Terub looked at Luxor with a menacing grin. “Oh yeah, that’s what King Kali said the last time we spoke,” said the king. Luxor and Aniyah proceeded to attack King Terub. But, they seemed to be no match no for Terub.

Going from normal fighting techniques, Terub began using mystical techniques and power that the fighting couple had not seen before. It was as if King Terub was glowing with power as if a beam of light shined on his hands. Luxor and Aniyah tried everything they could to slow him down, but it seemed like it wasn’t good enough. As the couple fought Terub, Soza noticed that Luxor and Aniyah were exhausted, but she didn’t want to leave her army behind. “Guys I can take it from here. I must finish this now. Please. Lead our army, I’ll handle Terub,” Soza said to Luxor and Aniyah. “Ok, we’ll try to stick around close to you,” said Aniyah.

“Well it’s finally nice to see you princess,” said Terub. Before he could finish his sentence, the princess had made her first move attacking Terub, punching him in the guts. Terub began using his dark powers, the same as he used to defeat King Kali, but that didn’t affect the princess. They went back and forth, punch after punch, and kick after kick. As the fight progressed, the princess was getting tired. “She won’t stand a chance to defeat me on my next attack,” Terub thought to himself. He managed to knock the princess to the ground. As she began to stand up, Terub unleashed a massive, colorful force of energy her way. Luxor and Aniyah always vowed to protect Princess Soza at all cost, so seeing the attack headed the princess’s way, Luxor dashed to the princess. “Princess, look out,” yelled Luxor. As the attack was finished, the entire battle area was filled with a cloud of smoke. The princess appeared to be fine, but not so much for Luxor. He had shielded the princess from King Terub’s attack with his own body. He did not make a sound because his soul left his body. “Luxor? Luxor sweetie, please tell me you’re ok,” said Aniyah as she rushed to his body. Aniyah was heartbroken and sorrowful for the loss of her husband. “No, no! How could you do this,” exclaimed Aniayh to King Terub. “Not my fault, I was aiming at the princess,” said King Terub. The princess was irate, as Luxor was basically served as a father figure for her since the passing of her dad. Her energy was so great that the armies of Kazu and Oxland stopped fighting to see what was going on. King Terub himself began to get chills from the amount of power she was harvesting.

Being fearful, Terub decided to attack the princess as she was gaining power, but the attack did not work. Suddenly, the princess hit Terub with a huge jab to the cheekbone, knocking him off balance. She hit him repeatedly with great speed while there was not much Terub could do. Her power was too overwhelming for him to handle. The princess then let off a huge energy blast of her own, but not enough to take Terub’s life. “I’m going to do things a little different here. You can either tell your army to surrender and retreat, and I let you all go, or you can pay the ultimate price. So what will it be Terub,” asked the princess. The king was always filled with pride and ego, so much so that he commanded his army to attack her and the army of Kazu. Ironically, the army of Oxland did not listen to their king. “Do you hear me? I said attack,” yelled Terub maniacally. “We’re going to lock you away forever Terub. Goodbye,” said the princess. With one final blow to the head from Aniyah, Terub was knocked out and chained to be put away for prison.

Ultimately, Princess Soza commanded Oxland to retreat and to never return to their kingdom again until they worked out a peace treaty. Being excited and proud for saving Kazu, the army rejoiced for the victory, but also grieved for the loss of Luxor. “Aniyah, I’m so sorry about everything,” said the princess. “There’s nothing to be sorry about. Luxor would have wanted this. All he wanted was for you to save this nation and restore it to its rightful place. And you did that. Your parents, would be so proud of you,” said Aniyah. As the day carried on, the families of Kazu were notified that they were able to come back home and that they had won the battle. With their celebration, it was agreed that the princess would no longer be their princess, but queen as she defeated Terub to help restore wealth and safety to Kazu.
