I consider myself curvy, and that option isn’t available, so I always use the « few extra pounds » option. I’ve 5’2.5 and 134 pounds mind you. I’ve seen profiles with guys who list themselves as « average » and they are in reality extremely obese looking in their pics. This occurs for both genders.
