POF : Returned to POF from a year’s absence!
Every single female I spoke to on POF this time last year is still on POF. Surely this can’t be right? It’s made me wonder whether a lot of people who are on there don’t actually use the site anymore and this contributes to the low amount of response I get. Then again, it could be just because I’m an uglier loser.

I’m going to say that they’re probably not active on the site despite their profiles are still there.
They could have high expectations or they’re not very serious about it as indicated by their ambition level. I wonder the same thing, and I feel like some women rather be alone, but that’s the self-esteem talking. There are a number of contributing factors why a woman didn’t give you a chance or view your profile. I think a big factor is just the number of men, which also means a good amount of dudes looking for hook ups that really turn off women.
