Dating : Lost for words, literally

Dating : Lost for words, literally

So, I was talking to a guy, but I no longer feel anything for him not even the want of a friendship. I don’t wanna ghost because I know how terrible that feels, but I don’t know what to say or how to put it. We have different point of views, which honestly turned me off to the point I’ve lost all interest. I wanna be respectful, HELP!

UPDATE: I sent him the txt that don’t feel the connection btwn is, and he said thank you for the transparency. Thank you all for your help!!!!

  1.  »Look this is awkward for me and I’m not sure how to say it exactly but…honestly I’m just not clicking with you anymore. It’s nothing you did, but as we’ve been learning more and more about each other I’ve been slowly realizing our personalities are just too different. Because of our differences I really don’t see a future together so I don’t think we should see each other anymore. I’m not sure if this is the best way to put things, and I’m sorry if I hurt you, but I really didn’t want to be one of those people that just ghosts leaving you wondering what happened or worried that you may have done something wrong. I wish you the best, goodbye. »

  2. Just do it like ripping off a band aid.
The worst thing to do in this situation is keeping the conversation going and leading him on.
Just say something along the lines of, « hey thanks for talking/meeting with me but I dont think we’re a good match. Sorry. »
