Dating : Why is it so hard to meet someone genuine?
30F here. I don’t have much dating experience. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship for 2 years and it finally ended a year ago. After that I knew what I deserve. I met a guy on a dating app and I really liked him and he seemed to like me…but it’s not going to go anywhere. He doesn’t seem interested anymore. I feel like there are a lot of guys that I have things in common with, but maybe my looks are a problem? (Fat, not pearly white teeth 😞) looks don’t matter to me when it comes to guys but it always seems to matter to them. I guess I’m just venting…I just want someone I have things in common with who will accept me as I am.
Fat is not attractive. Work on that.
You have to start looking what you could improve In yourself, perhaps you do not have a good self steem. Start working out, that’ll improve it.
Try to find some hobby that you like, some voluntary work, if enjoy doing it, you’ll find people similar there.
But remember that changing to something you admire is better than to stay the same.
