What should I say? I was thinking something like « Maybe i’ll go anyway, let me know if you change your mind. See you tomorrow ». Would this be ok? I may be overthinking it… I just want to make sure this isn’t awkward or communicates something weird to her.

it’s easier to kindly say. « oh ok » or « it’s alright, no worries but thanks for letting me know. » overall, don’t overthink it and act the way you want to be treated if you had to reject someone.
