Dating : Finding a date

Nowadays, I feel like I have given up on finding a date. I’m 22 years old and I never had a girlfriend before. I do know how to approach women and start a conversation with them. However, I don’t know how to flirt with them and approach them in a way where I can express my true feelings about women who I have a crush upon. I feel like this has been affecting my self-esteem. Any suggestions on this?
