This movie is a psychological masterpiece imo.
So many great dating quotes in that movie. Another that I loved from GWH,

I often put those I date on a pedestal when really I knew they have flaws just like everyone else.
This quote makes me sober up temporarily from being love drunk. Just enough to gauge how the relationship is going and then jump back in

I forget what movie I saw this in but liking someone is internalizing all about what is good in them… “you like them because”… but loving someone is internalizing all that you hate… “you love them despite”. Despite driving you crazy, it is said craziness that keeps you in love. I thought that was really cool and most definitely see that within my parents relationship.

Can this be related to my situation? My girlfriend and I have been dating for about three months. The thing is, I have been chasing this lady for the past two years. I believe that I said “ ilove you” to her super early. I would say I believe I’m in love with her yet, she ignores the question whenever I ask it. Should I be concern or go with the flow?
It really feels like you have to be perfect the first couple of dates though. One weird thing or something a bit awkward and they are on to the next one.
