Dating : Date in hospital?
I’m currently inpatient at a hospital, and a guy I met on tinder is wanting to come see me. I’m wondering if a hospital is really a good place for a first date? I’m not getting out for another few weeks, so putting it off may not be great, but it feels like a weird thing to have him show up here. We’ve talked every day for a little over a week now, so I’m reasonably familiar with him, if that makes any difference.
I’m a little sentimental. I’d wait for myself to get better and then meet him outside.
Can you at least get out of bed and walk around the premises? Honestly don’t see why not, he clearly likes you enough to ask, and he can’t be reasonably be expecting it to go anywhere so he can’t half alterior motives.
Well I was nearly dying in hospital and my nurse was a tinder guy I had been talking to a couple of months back.
Look, it’s not the most glamorous, but it’s a great story haha. I hope your health improves soon!
As long as you’re mobile, and assuming you don’t have anything contagious, I don’t see why not. Life is way too short. Enjoy it. You can go to whatever restaurant they have on the premises. If the other person is open minded enough to do it, I don’t see why not.
This is conceivably the most romantic moment ever and you’re considering turning it down? Worth the risk, I say. Like blandocean intimated, the story potential is huge!
