Hopefully, I’m not coming across as rude, but if you were serious about her, to begin with, this wouldn’t be a question. It sounds like you want validatation for the fact that you don’t view her as girlfriend material. Which is fine as long as you’re upfront about it… not only to yourself but to her as well.
Sounds like you’re focusing on all the negative about her. All the things you’ve listed could all be changed. Sometimes people need to be around a good influence to make necessary changes to their lives.
Stop being so critical, if you’re into her be with her and help her grow. If you’re not, move on and stop wasting her time.
