Posted earlier asking if I (18M) should ask her (17F) out on a date. Conclusion is that I could, or I could wait and miss my chance.

I just keep thinking about this sort of list I have that I could either interpret as good signs, or signs of friendship.

Basically she laughs at every joke I make and when I’m around in general. Laughing at every joke can be quite hard I think, especially as I’m the kind of guy who constantly makes jokes. I guess I’m just a funny guy in general.

Also, she wanted to buy me a cake on my birthday. She went to buy it the day before, shops were closed so she went the morning of my birthday before school to try again (didn’t succeed unfortunately for me😂).

She also asked me if I would like to find an apartment to live with her and another one of her friends, when she new I initially didn’t want to move out yet. Even if it’s just for college purposes.

Yesterday, she asked me if, when I come back from vacation, I would want to come to the city she lives in to look for an appartment/room and drink what apparently is her favorite smoothie (she knows how much I love smoothies and healthy food).

TLDR:
1. Laughs at my jokes all the time
2. Wanted to buy me a cake for my birthday and tried even in the morning before school
3. Asked me to live with her and a friend
4. Asked me to come see her to find a place to live/drink her favorite smoothie when I get back from vacation
5. Kicks or hits me softly when I make a dark joke
6. She said we’re closer than with our other friends and that she feels like she knows me longer than them. May be imagining things with this one tho

Basically, I don’t want to throw our friendship away
