Dating : Have a weird situation
There’s this girl at my job and I like her a lot. We talk pretty often and we have been for a while. But when we started talking I was engaged, now I’m single and have been for a few months now. I feel like she and I have a spark between us and I’ve asked her if she’d wanna go out s on metime and she’s said yes, we’ve even exchanged #s. But we still have yet to do anything I ask her if she wants to do something and she says yes, but then we dont do anything. She has a daughter that’s a little over 3 so I understand she comes first and I respect and admire that she puts her first. So then I’ve asked if she’d be alright with me taking her and her daughter to the movies, she said yes but still never proceeded further than that. I’ve given days for when we could and everything and said whenever she’s available to, to just let me know but nothing.
Do not date co workers. If anything goes wrong it’ll potentially cost you your job. Also, do not text anything that can be documented like a text expressing romantic interest. Only communicate with them in person so it’ll be far more difficult for them to document a conversation without you knowing. If you send a text expressing romantic interest they could go to HR and get you fired. Anything that could be documented is a threat to your job safety and could be used against you. Do not pursue her. Cut back your losses and date outside of work. Trust me do not date a co worker. BIG mistake.
She might not actually want to go out with you because you guys work together. She may be trying to be nice and not reject you. Or there’s some other reason holding her back.
You have to tell her straight up dude. Pick a date. She’s waiting for YOU to make the decision
