Dating : I feel like i’m not dateable; how do I overcome this mindset?

I’m approaching 30. I earn a decent income as a nurse anesthetist and when i’m not working I am usually either at the gym, with family, or trying to invest time into my various hobbies. I have published two books that did well enough to earn their advances back and volunteer a few hours every Sunday at my local animal shelter. Despite all of this achievement and personal fulfillment, my life feels empty because I haven’t been in a serious relationship ever. I have tried but I feel incapable of connecting with women on a deeper level. I’ll date someone for a month or two and then it fizzles out before it can be anything real. This has been my pattern for years. I don’t know how to get past it. Any advice?

  1. How often do you ask people out? What do you do on dates? How often are you intimate? Have you noticed any patterns with the people who fizzle out after a few weeks?

These are all questions that you should ask yourself, to help you diagnose what you could be doing wrong.

  2. I’m early 30s with maybe 5.5/10 looks, I’m having a lot of success with Tinder (with the membership), have you considered anything like that?
