why wouldn’t it be a date? The time of day doesn’t change the purpose of the meetup. It just changes the actual activity coffee vs drinks.
I just had a woman do the same with me a couple of weeks ago. We were supposed to meet up Saturday night but she got caught up doing something and asked to meet up Sunday morning at 10:30am. Thought it was going be odd (a breakfast date) but it was actually nice.
If you are someone that likes to just sit/talk its fine. If you are someone that likes to banter/flirt/light touch, the atmosphere is little less conducive for that in the AM.
